Here is exactly what happens between the moment you book and the moment your Cleveland yard turns into your kids' favorite place on earth.
Book & pay your deposit
Pick a date on our calendar and choose your package. A deposit online holds your date. The remaining balance is due before your event, confirmed when you book.
We deliver & set up
We arrive ahead of your event start time, set up on a flat surface such as grass, a driveway, a gym floor, or an indoor room, and sanitize every piece on-site before your guests arrive.
You play, we stay out of the way
No attendant is required for standard bookings, an adult must supervise the play area at all times. Want extra help? Add a Playnest attendee to keep an eye on things for $50/hr, not babysitting, just safety.
We pack up
We return at the agreed pickup time and handle teardown ourselves.
We build it, sanitize it, and stay until you're happy
